TARIFFS:
US: $350 PER HUNTER PER DAY
US: $150 PER NON-HUNTER PER DAY
Tariffs include the following:
- Personal pick up and drop off at OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg. +/- 2 hours drive from the Airport.
- Accommodation in one of our Luxury units.
- All food and beverages (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic)
- Each Hunter will have a Professional Hunter assigned to him/her at the beginning of the hunt, hunting vehicle, trackers and skinners as well as full preparation of trophies and transportation to the Taxidermist.
Daily Tariffs exclude the following:
- International and domestic flights
- Air charters and accommodation as listed under “Other Adventures”
- Fees for animals wounded and lost
- Hire of firearms and ammunition
- Taxidermy fees, dipping, packing and shipping of trophies
- All personal expenditures, tips for staff, telephone calls and curio purchases.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
TRAVEL:
• South Africa: Valid passport, some countries may require a VISA
• No vaccinations are required for South Africa (Check Covid Requirements upon booking date)
• No malaria risk at the camp but precaution is recommended in some areas
• Flight destination is OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. At the airport, you will be picked up by our staff for the 2-hour drive to our camp.
DOCUMENTATION & RIFLE IMPORTATION
To import your hunting rifles the following documents will be needed to assist you at the South African customs office
• Invitation Letter
• SAPS 520 Form,

• Also obtain a US Customs Form 4457 from your local Customs Office. Make sure the form is filled out and stamped
• Bring a copy of your itinerary and passport along
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All bookings will be confirmed with a $500 deposit to secure your date.
The deposit will not be refunded on any cancellations, however, it can be applied to a different hunt than the original hunt booked or it can be transferred to the following year. All payments are in US currency, cash, wire transfers or Credit Card.
